O2M is intended for use on a Windows machine which has Outlook (not Outlook Express) installed on it. Please see the compatibility grid on the Little Machines home page (at http://www.littlemachines.com) to make sure your version of Windows and Outlook are supported before purchase.

O2M may not work with your system configuration due to reasons unknown by Little Machines. Please download the trialware version of the program and run it to ensure that it works with your system configuration before making your purchase. All purchases are subject to Little Machines' refund policy below.

O2M does not convert files on the Macintosh operating system, including Outlook for the Macintosh, and O2M does not convert OutlookExpress files. O2M creates industry-standard files understood by Mac programs from Windows Outlook email, calendar, and contact files. Please see the compatibility grid on the Little Machines home page to make sure the Macintosh-based email, calendar, and address book software you wish to move your converted files to is supported by O2M before purchase.

Only U.S./English versions of Windows and Outlook are supported at this time. While many non-English characters are successfully converted with O2M, Little Machines does not guarantee the successful conversion of languages other than English and date formats outside of the United States. Little Machines does not support languages other than English. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for more information on date formats. If you are not sure whether the software will work for or your locale, you may wish to try the trialware version before purchasing.

Refund Policy: By purchasing the Outlook2Mac program from Little Machines, purchasers agree that if, for any reason, a payment reversal or refund is granted to the Purchaser, a $1.50 USD processing fee will be deducted from the refund before it is provided. The Processing Fee is subject to change.
